Terms

These terms are a placeholder. The site provides a photo check and a cropped JPEG for the Diversity Visa program. It does not file your entry. You are responsible for the information you submit at dvprogram.state.gov and for keeping your confirmation number. You may upload only a photo you have the right to use. Do not upload a photo of someone else unless you are helping them and they agree. We may refuse a file that is not a portrait. Payments are not enabled; nothing on this site is an offer to sell until a price is published on the pricing page and checkout. The photo service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee government acceptance.
